OPIN for Treepolis

With the OPIN tool we want you, our members of the organization, to creat and develope the program of the General Assembly 2017.

Between 20. March and the 15. April 2017 all members of Treepolis are invited to make proposals on the OPIN platform to develop the agenda of the General Assembly 2017.

The Kick-Off Event takes place on the 20. March 2017. During the online phase your local trainers will provide a workshop for you to help you with OPIN. Ask your local trainer for the date and location of the workshop.

Your can write proposals on the following topics:

A. making the organization fit for 2030: ideas for the future

B. How to recuite new members

C. Ideas for powerful advocacy-activities

You can not only propose ideas but they can also comment and vote on them online.

The most popular proposals will be put on the agenda of the General Assembly and will be further discussed.

We will use your most popular porposals of each topic and creat the programm and the agenda of the GA 2017. The Agenda will be share with all members before the GA Event. The proposals will be introduced, further discusses and developed in the GA 2017. The goal of the GA 2017 is to take the proposals and develope the Treepolis Actionplan 2030.

The Treepolis Actionplan 2030 will be share with all the local groups and the participating members of GA, so they can further work with the Actionplan.

With the Actionplan the local groups have guideline to be able to find their own shortterm projects and activities to make Ecoland a better and more enviromentaly friendly place.

During the GA the Treepolis Media Team will reporte on the GA on social media and the website, so the public will recognize the working process of the GA.
